What is the server time?

Hello,

We have a kids related survey and I want to delete those who answered in non-kid time (0:00-5:00) [(start date + local time zone + correction) is in range 0:00-5:00]. We have China (+8 UTC) and Mexcio (-5 UTC). If server time is not equal to UTC-0 / GMT-0 -- I have to add some correction

Probably our server is in EMEA. I mean server related to our account
