How do I tie the respondent Id in the reporting to either the source or email of the respondent?

You can download your data via Data Downloads and Recipient List from the Campaign Manager, then you should be able to find respondents source variable in that data. You can use that variable to match it it with the respondent id in the View/Edit Responses report.
