How to view images that has been uploaded onto a survey?

Hey all, 

Newbie here on this forum. I've not been using Dechipher for long and two of our customers have attached an image to a survey we created. Does anyone have a step by step guide or a link on how to view these images? I've scoured the KB and unable to find anything that helps us on this. 

Any help would be awesome.

  Are you using the image upload element?  If so, then you can view the images in Crosstabs.

  If you want to download there should be a new option in Data Downloads "Uploaded files".

  Hey Ehtasham, 

  Brilliant - thank you for the advice. I can now view the uploaded files without trying to figure out how to use cross tabs :)
