I'm a new user and trying to find out if I can add a "comments" field to a list of answer options without it being an answer that gets tracked in the results. I had this ability with our previous survey tool as shown in the included picture. It gave respondents the opportunity to provide comments in addition to their answer to a specific question. Is this possible with Decipher?
