In the research hub API calls that get survey information

https://{server}/api/v1/rh/companies/{company}/surveys

https://{server}/api/v1/rh/surveys/{survey}

there are attributes for the Last time the survey XML was edited (lastSurveyEdit) and the last time information about the survey was edited (lastEdit). It would be useful for us to have an attribute for lastDataEdit: the last time someone changed the data in the survey (i.e. the time of the last "Data Edit" entry in the audit log). 

We need to trigger a data reconciliation process in our external applications when data is edited in Decipher, and we don't want to reconcile the data on every study every hour.
