It would be useful in programming and reporting to have a new status code (5) to indicate a respondent was rejected/terminated due to a quality control rule. We currently store these as partials (4) as we don't want to artificially inflate the true non-qualified/termiates (1). But for ease of reporting as well as sampling, having a separate code for Quality Terminate vs. Non-Qualified Terminate would be extremely helpful - especially when much of sampling is automated with higher costs associated with lower incidence. This could be implemented by adding a new <qcterm..> tag or by adding a qc="1" attribute to the <term...> tag. Having qcterminated (or something similar) available to the <exit...> tag would be useful also as often, sample providers have different re-directs for Quality Terminates version Non-Qualified Terminates. E.G., <exit cond="qcterminated"...>
